Special Features: The Kitajima Natural 3 Sake is produced by the Kitajima Sake Brewery in Japan, which has been in operation since 1805. This brewery uses the traditional Kimoto method for fermentation and relies on natural fermentation without added yeast. Made from 80% polished Yamada-Nishiki rice from the Konan region, the sake has a complex and profound aroma structure. The alcohol content is 14.5%, and the bottle comes in a volume of 720 ml.
