Special Features:

The 2025 bottling of the Sherry Oak Collection was matured for at least 18 years. Predominantly European oak casks seasoned with sherry in Jerez were used. The whisky is bottled at 43%. Its natural mahogany colour comes from cask maturation, without any added colouring.

Distillery/Bottler:

This single malt is made at The Macallan Distillery in Speyside. The Macallan Distillers Limited is the manufacturer and proprietor behind Macallan products, and the 2025 edition is an official bottling. The distillery was licensed in 1824 and is rooted in the Easter Elchies Estate. Its cask programme plays a central role, reflected in this bottling by the predominant use of European oak casks seasoned with sherry in Jerez.
