Special features: This single malt comes from the Canadian distillery Macaloney Brewers & Distillers Ltd. and is part of the exclusive Peat Project series. Cask number 164 was matured in a Portuguese red wine recharred barrique, which gives the whisky a characteristic depth and complex aromas. The cask strength of 57% provides an intense tasting experience. The bottling is not chill-filtered and completely free of coloring. Only 201 bottles of this limited edition were filled.
