Special features: This single estate cane rum from South Africa was matured in an American oak bourbon barrel that had previously been filled with Woodford Reserve Whiskey. Bottling at cask strength (63.5% ABV) and a limited edition of only 252 bottles emphasize its exclusive character. It is produced using the artisanal pot still method from the freshly pressed juice of the Greaves family's own organic sugar cane.

Distillery/Bottler: Mhoba Farm is located at the foot of the Barberton Makhonwja Mountains in South Africa, between the Kruger National Park and ancient mountain landscapes. Robert Greaves, originally a mechanical engineer, has run the small distillery for over ten years, producing rum in the style of an agricole from the regional Nkomazi sugarcane variety. The philosophy emphasizes artisanal quality and purity – without added color or flavor.
