Over time, an industrial character develops with complex green pepper, fennel, and even Olbas oil. Milk chocolate provides a creamy textural background.
• Palate: On the palate, there is a deep aroma of burnt wood and a subtle sweetness. The robust smoke is accompanied by an intense spiciness, making the tasting experience varied and layered.
