Special features: Since 1896, Mortlach has relied on a unique 2.81-fold distillation process, which takes place in six differently shaped copper stills. The smallest of these, "The Wee Witchie," defines the distinctive style of this single malt. The Mortlach 12 yo is matured in a combination of European sherry casks and American bourbon casks, giving the whisky a unique depth and complexity.
