The name "Mother Mesccia" refers to the original tradition of the 17th century, where Caribbean rum was blended with Marsala or Vermouth. This reinterpretation lays the foundation for a future series of bottlings that have matured in casks of liqueur wines.

• Nose: Fresh and delicate, this rum reveals aromas of pure sugarcane juice, accompanied by subtle notes of white flowers and green apple.

Distillery/Bottler: Mother Mesccia is bottled by Velier, a company known for its high-quality rum bottlings. The distillation takes place in two steps: First, the rum is traditionally distilled over wood fire in Haiti from Cristalline sugarcane juice by Michel Sajous in Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye. This is followed by a second distillation in the only distillery in the Principality of Monaco, where the rum develops its final character.
