Special features: This powerful bourbon whiskey was created in collaboration with the award-winning Proof Artisan Distillers from Fargo, North Dakota. It consists of a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% barley and ages for over four years in heavily charred oak barrels. The bottling is done at 45% Vol. in a 0.7-liter bottle.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Aromas of cinnamon, herbs, pepper, and mint chocolate.
- Palate: Harmonious and multifaceted with notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and fudge, as well as slightly spicy hints reminiscent of cigar boxes.
- Finish: Spicy with a fine cinnamon note and a bit of piquant pepper.
