Special features: The Nc'nean Distillery, known for its innovation and sustainability, presents the limited edition "Huntress 2025: Lemon Meadow," a single malt that impresses with experimental fermentation. A yeast from French sparkling wine production was used, resulting in a unique taste experience. The maturation took place in a combination of STR Red Wine Casks (56%), Bourbon Casks (42%), and Oloroso Sherry Casks (2%), giving the whisky additional depth. Limited to 5,729 bottles worldwide.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh and finely balanced with lively lemon sorbet aroma, accompanied by delicate chamomile and a pleasant sweetness of butter cookies.
• Palate: Creamy, soft, and harmonious with prominent lemon freshness, complemented by gentle vanilla and grain notes as well as a fine herbal note that adds extra depth.
• Finish: Medium to long, pleasantly soft and aromatic with light floral nuances and the fruity freshness of lemon sorbet, accompanied by a subtle hint of spice for an elegant finish.

Distillery/Bottler: The Nc'nean Distillery, founded in 2017 on the Morvern Peninsula in Scotland, is considered the first organic whisky distillery in the country. Under the leadership of Annabel Thomas, the company focuses on sustainability and innovative production methods, using only renewable energy and processing 100% organically grown Scottish barley.
