Special features: This limited edition of the "Quiet Rebels" series honors Amy, the head of the sustainability department at Nc'nean. The whisky matured in a combination of STR red wine casks, bourbon casks, and rare Vin Doux Maury casks, a French dessert wine made similarly to port wine. This innovative cask combination gives the single malt a unique depth and complexity.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: A seductive bouquet of tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, complemented by notes of honey and fresh vanilla. Subtle floral hints and a touch of citrus freshness provide elegance and liveliness.
• Palate: Rich and harmonious – sweet wine notes of grapes and peaches meet creamy vanilla, coconut, and caramelized sugar. A subtle spice of cinnamon and nutmeg adds depth, while the tropical fruitiness maintains lightness.

Distillery/Bottler: The Nc'nean Distillery, founded in 2017 by Annabel Thomas, is located on the Morvern Peninsula in the Scottish Highlands. It is considered one of the first organic whisky distilleries in Scotland and places great emphasis on sustainability and innovative production methods. The distillery uses 100% organic Scottish barley and produces its whisky with renewable energy.
