Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Whisky Stout Cask Finish - Quiet Rebels: Simon
Special features: This limited special release from the Nc'nean Distillery honors Simon, one of the long-standing employees who was significantly involved in the development of this whisky. In collaboration with the renowned Scottish brewery Innis & Gunn, the whisky was initially matured in STR red wine casks and then refined in stout casks that previously contained Nc'nean whisky. This innovative cask combination gives the single malt a unique depth and complexity.
