Special features: This exquisite Rhum Agricole from the renowned Distillery Neisson is an artistic interplay of three rhums from the "Profil" series (62, 105, and 107). Each of these rhums was aged between 12 and 24 months in new American oak barrels, with an individual toasting for each barrel. This careful aging gives the rhum a complex aroma. The limited edition of 1,500 bottles is presented in a bottle adorned with a vibrant motif by the Martinican artist Carole Aurore.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh and subtle with aromas of citrus fruits, vanilla, and a hint of coconut milk. Quickly developing are herbal notes of sugarcane, resinous tones of pine resin, and sweet accents of acacia honey.
• Palate: Full-bodied and creamy with a remarkable balance. The flavor palette is reminiscent of a Speyside single malt with herbs and fruits like pear and plum. Subsequently, flavors of fresh sugarcane honey and ripe banana emerge.
• Finish: Long and velvety with a slight anise flavor. The tasting reveals exotic notes of pineapple and coconut as well as spicy accents of ginseng and clove.

Distillery/Bottler: The Distillery Neisson, founded in 1931 by brothers Adrien and Jean Neisson in Carbet, Martinique, is one of the smallest independent distilleries on the island. Jean, a trained engineer, introduced the copper column for distillation in 1958, known as the "Savalle column." After the takeover by Claudine Vernant Neisson and her son Grégory in 1995, the distillery was revitalized within three years. In 2013, Neisson began producing organic rhums that align with the surrounding ecosystem.
