Special features: Nikka Frontier is a blended whisky from Japan that contains a high proportion of peated single malt from the Yoichi Distillery. The bottling at 48% vol. is not chill-filtered, preserving the expressive aromas. Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose presents itself intensely smoky, complemented by fruity notes of oranges and lemons, seductive vanilla, toasted grains, and dark chocolate.
• Palate: On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and creamy, with sweet citrus fruits, campfire smoke, lush malt, and caramel. Added are melting dark chocolate, pears, baked apples, and a pinch of white pepper.
• Finish: The finish is long-lasting with soft oak, bittersweet orange marmalade, and a smoky, slightly maritime note. Candied ginger, sweet vanilla cream, and creamy toffee create a balanced harmony.

The Yoichi Distillery, established in 1988, specializes in the production of peated single malts.
