For at least one year, it matures in the unique climate of the hundred-year-old cellars of González Byass in Jerez, where it is refined in old Pedro-Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky is characterized by its non-smokiness and comes without elaborate packaging. This combination of tradition and careful processing makes it special.
