Special features: The Nordes Gin is distilled from the native Albariño grape in Galicia and refined with eleven carefully selected botanicals. Six of these are regional wild plants such as sage, bay leaf, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint, and the seaweed Salicornia. Five additional botanicals from overseas complement the aroma: juniper, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus, and black tea. Each ingredient is macerated separately to optimally extract its flavors before being distilled in copper stills. This elaborate process gives the gin its uniquely fresh and mild taste.
