Special features: This blended Irish whiskey combines seven different grain and single malt whiskeys, the youngest of which is seven years old. The aging took place in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and ale casks, giving the whiskey a complex and unique aroma. Part of the single malt whiskey was distilled directly in the pot stills of the Pearse Lyons Distillery, located in the restored St. James' Church in the heart of Dublin.

Distillery/Bottler: The Pearse Lyons Distillery was opened in 2017 in the historic St. James' Church in Dublin. Founded by Pearse Lyons, an Irish entrepreneur and biochemist who previously led the Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. in Kentucky, the distillery has produced a range of award-winning whiskeys since its opening.
