Distillery/Bottler: The Penderyn Distillery was founded in 2000 and is the first whisky distillery in Wales in over 100 years. It is located in the Brecon Beacons National Park and uses spring water from the region. The distillery employs a unique copper distillation system developed by Dr. David Faraday and distills in a single-stage process to produce a mild, fruity distillate.
