Special Features:

This 30-year-old single-cask bottling comes from bourbon hogshead no. 64947. The spirit was distilled at Port Dundas on 27 June 1995; Signatory Vintage bottled the whisky from the cask on 25 February 2026 at 58.3% for the Cask Strength Collection. The outturn comprises 220 bottles.

The bottling contains 0.7 litres, has neither added colouring nor chill filtration, and is presented in a metal canister.

Vanilla, caramel, coconut and wood spice create a sweet, cask-driven profile. Fresh oak and fruit are joined by hints of sherry, coffee and chocolate.

• Palate: On the palate, nuances of fruit and sherry combine with a hint of coffee.
• Finish: The finish fades with pleasant sweetness and hints of chocolate.

Distillery/Bottler:

Port Dundas Distillery produced the spirit for this grain whisky in the Scottish Lowlands on 27 June 1995. Daniel McFarlane founded the distillery in 1811, and it closed in 2010 after almost two centuries. Signatory Vintage was established in 1988 by Andrew Symington and his brother. From the outset, the independent bottler focused on the individual character of single casks and later moved its operations to the Edradour site in Pitlochry. For this release, Signatory Vintage selected bourbon hogshead no. 64947 and released the whisky matured in it as part of the Cask Strength Collection.
