Special features: This Pure Single Rum from Haiti is made from the careful distillation of organic sugarcane of the Cristalline variety as well as sugarcane syrup in a copper Müller pot still with a bain-marie water bath. It matured in rare original casks from the legendary and now-closed Caroni distillery, giving it a distinctive, exotic note. As part of the Velier collection, this rum is produced in close cooperation with local producers, focusing on traditional manufacturing processes and authentic raw materials.
