Special features: This unfermented, clear rum from Haiti is made from a blend of sugarcane syrup and fresh sugarcane juice, enriched with dunder (fermentation residues). Distilled in traditional pot stills and reduced to 56% ABV, it presents a fruity, herbal, and subtly funky profile, making it ideal for cocktails or pure enjoyment.
