Special features: This gin aged for 2.5 years in selected orange cognac casks, allowing the fresh gin botanicals to harmoniously blend with the warm notes of the cognac. Production is done in small batches, each bottle is hand-filled, sealed with wax, and individually labeled – a true expression of craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Juniper, fresh orange peels, floral and peppery accents, complemented by a subtle vanilla note
• Palate: Smooth vanilla meets orange flavors, fine pepper notes, balanced with juniper and spicy, floral elements, along with a hint of cognac
• Finish: Long-lasting, peppery with an oily-warm aftertaste of orange

Distillery/Bottler: The Shortcross Gin Range is produced at the Rademon Estate Distillery in Ireland, which is strongly influenced by its original agriculture. The botanicals reflect the local flora – elderflowers and berries, juicy apples, and wild clover complement the classic spices. The distillery uses a wheat distillate as a base and fresh spring water from its own source. This ensures the characteristic balance and purity of this gin.
