Special features: The first bottling of the Moon Harbour Distillery, distilled in November 2017 and bottled in December 2020 after three years of barrel aging in a freshly emptied Sauternes barrique from Château l'Hermitage. A limited edition of only 894 bottles, it was deliberately left uncolored and unchill-filtered to preserve the full range of aromas.

The stills are from the German manufacturer Stupfler, combining technical precision with craftsmanship.
