It comes from Scotland and offers a pronounced aroma that is enhanced by the non-chill filtered bottling and the absence of coloring. The maturation in the renowned whisky region of Speyside has given the whisky depth and character. With an alcohol content of 58.3%, it fully unfolds its aromas.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose reveals rich raisins, figs, and dark cherries, accompanied by orange peels, polished oak, dark chocolate, as well as roasted walnuts and deep Oloroso sherry.
• Palate: On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and concentrated with flavors of fruitcake, dates, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts, complemented by orange marmalade, molasses, ripe oak, and warming sherry spices.
• Finish: The finish is long, rich, and warming, lingering with dried fruits, cocoa, walnut, citrus oils, sweet spices, and beautifully integrated Oloroso oak.

Distillery/Bottler: Signatory Vintage is an independent bottler and also the owner of the Edradour distillery. This bottling belongs to the Symington’s Choice series and is characterized by maturation in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. The whisky is bottled without chill filtration and coloring. The 21-year maturation in Speyside has contributed to the flavor development.
