This distillery produces not only Single Grain but also Single Malt Irish Whiskey and other spirits. Three specially designed copper pot stills, created by Master Distiller Robert Cassell, are used in the production of the whiskey to develop excellent flavor profiles. With an alcohol content of 43% and a bottling quantity of 0.7 liters, this whiskey presents clear fruity and spicy notes that unfold harmoniously.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose reveals an intense fruit sweetness, accompanied by orange zest and floral aromas. Dusty notes evoke a warm summer day during the grain harvest, complemented by soft spice notes.
• Palate: On the palate, there is a fruity sweetness of orange zest, supported by gentle spice notes and aging aromas from oak barrels in the background. The taste is silky and smooth on the tongue.
• Finish: The finish remains fruity and softly spicy, with sweet-peppery notes, reminiscent of cubeb pepper. Later, a slightly oily character emerges, accompanied by roasted aromas.
