Special features: This rum is crafted in honor of Bill McCoy, a legendary Prohibition rum pioneer, at the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. The production is done without the addition of sweeteners, flavors, or stabilizers. The combination of copper pot stills and column stills, along with aging in heavily charred American Oak Bourbon barrels, gives the rum its distinctive character. As the first of its kind, it won the title of "Supreme Champion" at the International Spirits Challenge 2018.
