Special features: Limited to just 2,000 bottles, this whiskey is matured entirely in first-fill ex-Rioja casks. The barley used for distillation comes from the distillery's own vineyards, while maturation takes place traditionally in a farmhouse shed adjacent to the Tipperary distillery's main house. This gives the whiskey an authentic connection to the region.
