Special features: The Togouchi Ayumi - Sake Cask Finish is an exclusive Japanese blended whisky that matures in bourbon casks and is then refined for three months in sake casks from the Chugoku Jozo distillery. This unique combination gives it a distinctive aroma and special depth. The maturation takes place in a 361-meter-long underground tunnel near Mount Osorakan, which provides constant conditions with a temperature of 14°C and a humidity of 80%.
