Special Features:

The 2025 gift pack brings together a bottle containing 0.7 litres of Suntory Toki Blended Japanese Whisky and a highball glass. The whisky is bottled at 43%. For a highball, Suntory recommends well-chilled whisky and soda, served in a chilled glass.

The name Toki draws on the Japanese word for time. The blend brings together grain whisky from Chita, malt whisky from Hakushu and a selection of Yamazaki malts. It includes whisky matured in American white oak and European oak casks. Green fruit, herbs and honey combine with a gentle hint of smoke and a subtly sweet and spicy finish accompanied by vanilla oak and spices.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose offers aromas of basil, green apple and honey.
• Palate: On the palate, grapefruit and green grapes combine with peppermint and thyme.
• Finish: The finish is subtly sweet and spicy, with lingering vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.

Distillery/Bottler:

Shinjiro Torii founded Torii Shoten in Osaka in 1899 and began building Yamazaki Distillery, Japan’s first malt whisky distillery, in 1923. Chita and Hakushu followed in 1972 and 1973 respectively, while Suntory introduced Toki in 2016. Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo composed Toki from Chita grain whisky, Hakushu malt whisky and Yamazaki malt. Suntory produces the blend itself and releases it as an official bottling.
