Special features: This limited release marks the conclusion of the Allt Gleann chapter in the Torabhaig Legacy Series. Bottled at a robust 61.1% alcohol by volume, this heavily peated single malt presents itself in its purest form, without chill filtration and without coloring. The maturation took place in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and refill whisky casks, resulting in an intense concentration of flavor.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Oak-vanilla, campfire smoke, cigar box, and lemon peel.
• Palate: The peat smoke continues, accompanied by oily citrus fruits, hints of tropical fruits, vanilla pastry, and a medicinal undertone.
• Finish: A touch of flowers, orchard fruits, spicy peat smoke, and sea salt.

Distillery/Bottler: The Torabhaig Distillery, founded in January 2017, is the second licensed single malt Scotch whisky distillery on the Isle of Skye. It was built in a restored 19th-century farmhouse, using stones from the nearby ruins of Camus Castle. The distillery produces approximately 500,000 liters of pure alcohol annually and employs traditional methods to create a robust island whisky with a medium peat content.
