It matures in specially toasted barrels, which gives the product a unique note. This bottling is without the addition of colorants and is available in a strictly limited edition of only 1,500 bottles. With an alcohol content of 48%, it combines character and quality in a harmonious experience.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, it shows fruity and sweet notes with fine nutty hints and vanilla, as well as subtle coffee aromas and gentle sherry sweetness.
• Palate: On the palate, the whisky is creamy and sweet with sherry tones, praline, pastry dough, and a touch of dark honey molasses. Additionally, there are almonds, fine cinnamon, and a pleasant velvetiness that envelops the palate.
• Finish: The finish is medium to long, malty-nutty with notes of burnt vanilla, dried fruits, and a hint of cocoa bitterness.

Distillery/Bottler: The Tormore Distillery was founded in 1958 by Long John Distillers and taken over by Elixir Distillers in 2022. It uses water from the Achvochkie spring for whisky production and has four wash stills and four spirit stills. As a distillery, Tormore is known for its careful selection of ingredients and its sophisticated production methods.
