After the distillery closed in 2002, the remaining casks were acquired by independent bottlers like Duncan Taylor to preserve the legacy of this unique distillery. The Quarterdeck Rum matured for 24 years in an oak cask and was bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration or colorants. With a limited edition of only 281 bottles, it is a coveted collector's item for rum enthusiasts.
