After 12 years of maturation in a sherry cask, this whisky unfolds a balanced interplay of phenolic peat smoke and maritime notes, typical of the Islay region. The cask number #AM081 refers to the careful individual cask selection. Bottling was carried out naturally, without chill filtration and with natural coloring.
