Wolfburn Aurora - Mini
Special features: Wolfburn Aurora is a single malt whisky from the Wolfburn Distillery, located in the north of Scotland, in Thurso, Caithness. The careful production includes long fermentation times and gentle distillation, with no chill filtration used to preserve the natural flavors.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: The nose presents sherry sweetness, underlaid by freshly cut grass, autumn fruits, and a hint of coffee as well as dark chocolate.
- Palate: On the palate, a floral note unfolds, complemented by spices, vanilla, and sweet fruits.
- Finish: The finish is pleasantly warm and soft, with fruity and nutty nuances.
Distillery/Bottler: The Wolfburn Distillery is characterized by long fermentation times and gentle distillation. The whisky matures in specially built storage rooms. The Wolfburn Aurora offers an exceptional balance and is perfectly balanced. It takes advantage of the different types of casks in which it matures to shape its character.
