After triple distillation in small copper pot stills, the Genever matures for one year in new American oak barrels, adding extra depth. Before bottling, selected herbs and spices, including juniper, licorice, and anise, are added and the Genever is distilled again. This combination of traditional production and innovative methods makes Zuidam Rye Genever a special specialty.
