Special features: The Smugglers Trail PX Cask from Zuidam is a limited special edition that has matured exclusively in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This special maturation gives the blended whisky a natural amber tone and additional aromas of chocolate and raisins. Zuidam Distillers, founded in 1975, is one of the last independent distilleries in the Netherlands and operates according to the "farm to glass" principle. The family distillery values 100% natural raw materials and traditional production methods. Under the leadership of Patrick van Zuidam, who is active in the second generation, not only genever and gin but also whisky from partly their own grain is distilled in large pot stills from Forsyths.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense aromas of ripe raisins and dark chocolate, accompanied by a hint of oak wood.
• Palate: Full-bodied and smooth with a balanced sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits and caramel.
