• Nose: Full-bodied and rich with aromas of vanilla, fresh herbs like cut hay, sweet notes of marshmallow, tropical fruits like passion fruit and mirabelle plums, floral accents of violets, and a hint of licorice.
• Palate: Full-bodied and refined with intense fruit notes of pineapple, passion fruit, banana, mirabelle plums, and Williams pear. Underpinned by gentle notes of gentian root, fresh ginger, and malt. A touch of citrus fruits like lemon and grapefruit adds extra freshness.
