Thistly Cross, Scotland's leading cider producer, was born in 2008 from the vision of Peter Stuart, an ambitious cider maker with a penchant for the wild and original. With roots just 44 kilometres from the production site, Thistly Cross embodies the essence of Scotland's east coast in East Lothian - known as one of Scotland's sunniest regions.

The launch of the first Thistly Cross Cider in 2009 marked the beginning of a new era in cider enjoyment. With a flagship product, the 6.2% Original Cider, Thistly Cross has developed a range that is characterised by unique Core Apple and Real Fruit Ciders. These award-winning creations are based on a carefully crafted base cider, using locally collected apples and pressed by hand on site.
