Vallein Tercinier Tres Vieux Cigar Blend Hors d'Age - 50th Anniversary Kirsch Import

Volume: 0.7 litres | Alcohol content: 46% | Colouring: No

Special Features:

Vallein Tercinier brings together particularly old Cognacs for this Cigar Blend. Created exclusively for Kirsch Import's 50th anniversary, this special edition appeals to Cognac enthusiasts and cigar lovers alike. It is bottled at 46% in bottles containing 0.7 litres.

Ripe tropical fruits and juicy stone fruit shape the aromatic profile, complemented by a subtle touch of leather. Despite its full body, the Cognac retains freshness and balance. It contains no added colouring.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Ripe fruit aromas mingle with delicate woody notes on the nose. Leather adds a subtle nuance.
• Palate: The Cognac is full-bodied and rounded on the palate. Warm fruit notes are accompanied by gentle spice and restrained sweetness, without feeling heavy.
• Finish: Ripe fruit, dry spice and lingering warmth remain through the long finish.

Distillery/Bottler:

Vallein Tercinier is based at the Domaine des Forges in Chermignac. Louis Vallein acquired the estate in 1791; Georges Vallein established the trading house in 1850 and developed the business as an estate owner, distiller and merchant. Expertise in blending Cognacs has been passed down through six generations of the family.

The house concentrates its production in Chermignac, from distillation through to bottling. Supplying other trading houses is also part of its history: in the decades following the Second World War, eight stills served both its own requirements and those of numerous Cognac merchants. In the 1990s, Louis and Catherine Tercinier divided responsibility for farming and trade between them.
