Special features: This Pure Single Rum from Velier comes from La Réunion and combines a Grand Arôme Rum with ten to fifteen years aged molasses rums. The production was carried out in close collaboration with local producers, from distillation in pot stills to bottling. An elegant blend that stands out due to its high ester content and the limited bottling from the Habitation Velier series.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Elegant and complex with a rich array of orange and chocolate notes, complemented by ripe mango, mineral slate, and hydrocarbon nuances.
• Palate: Fresh and vibrant, with juicy oranges at the start, a spicy, rooty mid-palate (ginger, gentian) and a full-bodied sweetness reminiscent of hot cane sugar. A light apricot note rounds off the flavor.
• Finish: Long and nuanced, with powdery notes of cocoa and red tea, supported by toffee and oak, ending fibrous and herbal with hints of sugarcane.
