The whisky matured for nine years in a refill bourbon barrel and was bottled in 2025. With a cask strength of 63%, this single malt presents itself in its pure form. The bottling comprises only 232 bottles, making it a coveted rarity for collectors and connoisseurs.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh citrus notes of lemon peel and green apple, accompanied by ripe pears and a hint of vanilla.
• Palate: Juicy and vibrant with flavors of orchard fruits and citrus. Toffee and vanilla give the whisky a pleasant roundness, followed by a malty base and a light pepper note.
• Finish: Medium-long and refreshing with lingering vanilla, citrus, and gentle spice notes. The finish ends slightly dry with a clear wood note.

Distillery/Bottler: The Dalmunach Distillery was opened in 2015 by Chivas Brothers on the site of the former Imperial Distillery in Carron, Speyside. It is known for its modern architecture, reminiscent of a sheaf of barley, and its energy-efficient production. The distillery has a capacity of 10 million liters per year and primarily supplies spirits for blends such as Chivas Regal and Ballantine’s.
