This limited whisky was created from a blend of six different American oak casks with varying toast levels and sizes (130L and 225L), resulting in remarkable complexity. The casks used come from different cooperages and have matured in various microclimates.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Refreshing spices of anise and pepper, accompanied by floral and minty notes. Aromas of overripe banana and Bramley apple blend with candied ginger cake, yums, and roasted almonds. A hint of old leather adds depth and complexity to the aroma.
• Palate: Notes of black currant, salty elements, banana, creamy pudding, dark chocolate, chili, black pepper, and licorice. These flavors unfold into a full-bodied and complex tasting experience.
• Finish: Creamy, velvety, peppery, and minty, with hints of espresso and a lingering, roasted sourdough smoke. The finish is long and leaves a lasting impression.
