Special features: Brokers Gin is produced in a distillery over 200 years old near Birmingham, England. Traditional copper pot stills and a five-times distillation process give it its characteristic purity and depth. The recipe includes ten handpicked botanicals, including juniper berries from Macedonia, coriander seeds from Bulgaria, cinnamon, nutmeg, angelica root, iris root, licorice, cassia bark, as well as lemon and orange peels from Spain. These ingredients are macerated for 24 hours in four-times distilled pure grain alcohol before being combined in the fifth distillation.
