Special features: This limited special release of the Edradour 12-year-old single malt was created in collaboration with Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA). All proceeds from the sale go directly to the life-saving missions of the SCAA, which provide rapid medical assistance in rural communities. The bottling is done in natural color and without chill filtration to preserve the full character of the whisky.
Tasting Notes:

- Palate: Full-bodied with notes of sherried sweetness, molasses, roasted nuts, vanilla, and gentle oak.

Distillery/Bottler: The Edradour Distillery, founded in 1825, is one of the smallest traditional distilleries in Scotland. It is known for its artisanal production and the use of copper pot stills as well as smaller production batches. Edradour often matures its whiskies in a mix of sherry and bourbon casks, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile.
