Special features: A total of only 244 bottles of this single cask rum were filled, whose origin is a silent hacienda in Ecuador that is no longer in operation. The production is made from sugarcane juice, which was fermented with natural yeasts over eight days. This project supports the marine conservation organization Sea Shepherd and brings the endangered inhabitants of the seas into striking focus with a beluga whale motif on the bottle.

Distillery/Bottler: The bottling comes from Oldman Spirits. The rum was produced in Ecuador, a rather rare country of origin for high-quality rum. The region around the now inactive hacienda is known for high-quality sugarcane juice, which forms the basis of this elegant rum. The project combines enjoyment with a commitment to the protection of the seas through the non-profit organization Sea Shepherd.
