Features: This limited Cask Strength release from the Glasgow Distillery showcases an intensely peaty Lowland character. The malt is dried with high-quality Highland peat at around 50 ppm, giving this single malt its distinctive smoky note. It was matured in Virgin American White Oak barrels with a finishing touch in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. With a limited edition of only 1000 bottles, this whisky reflects the progressive and urban image of the young distillery.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Strong smoky BBQ sauce, accompanied by tobacco leaves and richly smoked Iberico ham, along with ripe, juicy blackberries and sticky poached plums.
• Palate: Sweet BBQ smoke marries with grilled pineapple and banana, followed by slowly roasted coffee beans, dried apricots, and flambéed orange peels.
• Finish: Long and full-bodied with lingering notes of sweet tobacco, dark chocolate, as well as juicy raisins and sultanas, refined by hints of toasted oak.
