Special Features: This 15-year-old Glenallachie was distilled in November 2009 and matured for 15 years in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt (cask number 900864). It was bottled in May 2025 at cask strength with an alcohol content of 65.6%. The bottling is limited to 570 bottles and was bottled without chill filtration and without the addition of colorants.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Rich raisin syrup, fig jam, and orange peel combine with floral honey, cocoa powder, and a hint of cinnamon.
• Palate: Powerful, velvety layers of caramel toffee, dark chocolate truffle, and sweet malt envelop the palate, followed by clove caramel, roasted hazelnuts, and a touch of candied citrus note.
• Finish: Long, warming, and gently dry – lingering aromas of sherry-soaked fruitcake, smooth oak spice, and a final hint of vanilla malt sweetness.
