Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Roasted coffee, honeycomb, and orange blossoms, accompanied by ripe cherries, poached orchard fruits, and a hint of ginger.
- Palate: Salted caramel ice cream, pickled honeycomb, and raisin butter, followed by dried red berries and mocha.
- Finish: Long-lasting with spicy and sweet notes that impressively reflect the sherry cask maturation.
