Distillery/Bottler: Los Siete Misterios was founded in 2010 by Julio and Eduardo Mestre to honor the mezcal tradition and support local producers. The production focuses on the regions of Sola de Vega and Santiago Matatlán in the state of Oaxaca. The manufacturer operates the distillery where the mezcal is made from 100% agave and distills in small batches to preserve the authentic character of the product.
