Special Features: This powerful rum from the Seychelles combines the best of sugarcane juice and molasses distillates. The artisanal blend of pot still rum made from sugarcane juice, aged for two to four years in New French Oak casks, and column still rum made from molasses, aged for three years in bourbon barrels, is complemented by an eight-year-old Foursquare rum. Batch 3 completely avoids added sugar, chill filtration, and coloring, which particularly emphasizes its authentic character.

  • Nose: Fresh floral notes, ripe pear and a hint of dried figs invite you into a tropical world of pleasure.
  • Palate: Soft honey-like sweetness combines with hints of tobacco, vanilla and fine orange peel.

Brothers Richard and Bernard d'Offay use pure mountain spring water and regional sugar cane to create the Seychelles' first premium rum.
